OnMobile IPO price band at 425-450 rupees/share

MUMBAI, Jan 17 (Reuters) - OnMobile Global Ltd., a provider of content and value-added services for telecom subscribers, has fixed the price band of its initial public offering at 425-450 rupees a share.

The issue, of 10.9 million shares, would constitute nearly 19 percent of the fully diluted, post-issue capital of the company, it said in a statement on Thursday.

The issue includes an offer for sale of 2.29 million shares by OnMobile System Inc, which was an incubated start-up of Infosys Technologies Ltd <INFY.BO>.

The issue will be open for subscription between January 24 and January 29. (Reporting by Janaki Krishnan; editing by Sunil Nair)
