MADRID, Dec 5 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may
be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday:
ROVI <ROVI.MC>
The pharmaceuticals company is due to start trading at 1100
GMT on Wednesday. On Tuesday it priced its initial public
offering at 9.6 euros, towards the bottom of an indicative range
of 9.2-10.6 euros per share.
The company said savings bank Caja Granada had bought 3.75
percent of its stock ahead of the IPO.

ACS <ACS.MC>
The construction to services group said its Dragados unit
had won a contract to build and maintain a container port in
Mumbai, in which it expected to invest 160 million euros ($236
million).

METROVACESA <MVC.MC>
The property company took more steps on Tuesday to split
itself in two between rival groups of shareholders.
Board members close to former chairman Joaquin Rivero
stepped down from Metrovacesa which is now 70.6 percent
controlled by holding company Cresa. Rivero's group is taking
control of Metrovacesa's French arm Gecina <GFCP.PA>.
ENDESA <ELE.MC>
Spain's energy regulator gave Germany's E.ON <EONG.DE>
permission to buy generation company Viesgo, which Italy's Enel
<ENEI.MI> offered to sell the German utility as part of a deal
over a takeover battle for Endesa.

The national statistics institute is due to report October
industrial output at 0800 GMT.
The Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) for the Spanish services
