Pyramid Saimira unit plans 1.5-bln-rupee IPO

MUMBAI, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd <PYSA.BO> said on Wednesday its production unit, Pyramid Saimira Productions Ltd, would file papers for an initial public offer in the next 10-15 days to raise around 1.5 billion rupees.

Post-IPO, Pyramid Saimira would hold 60 percent in the unit, Managing Director P.S. Saminathan told reporters.
