ICRA Techno Analytics acquires Axiom Technologies
ICRA Techno Analytics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICRA, has fully acquired Axiom Technologies, a Kolkata-based software services company. As a result of this acquisition, Axiom has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICRA Techno Analytics.

Axiom specialises in customisation and implementation of popular Enterprise Resource Planning packages, and has a highly experienced team that has been working on ERP implementation for the past 10 years or so.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 19 June 2008.
