MUMBAI, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Alcohol beverages company Globus
Spirits Ltd has filed preliminary papers with the market
regulator for an initial public offering, it said in a statement
on Monday.
The company plans to raise 680 million rupees, which it would
use to ramp up production, bottling and storage facilities as
well as develop and acquire Indian-made foreign liquor brands.
SREI Capital Markets Ltd is the lead manager to the issue, it
added.
