KEC International's nominee director resigns
KEC International has announced that ICICI Bank has withdrawn nomination of Neeta Mukerji as their nominee director on the board of the company effective from 18 November 2007. Accordingly, Neeta Mukerji ceases to be the director of the company.

The company made this announcement after the trading hours on Thursday, 20 December 2007.
