IFCI to issue equity shares
The committee of IFCI has decided to issue 12,37,37,735 equity shares to the public sector banks and financial institutions at the rate of Rs 107 per share upon conversion of ZCOCDs of Rs 1323.99 crore.

This was decided at the committee meeting held on 17 December 2007.
