Paras Petrofils' directors resigns
Paras Petrofils has announced that Devraj Jain and Jaskaran Chopra have resigned from the company from there post of directors.

The company has appointed Ashok Raghubirsingh Jain as managing director in the company and Jivabhai Patel who is another director in the board is serving as chairman of the board.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 17 March 2008.
