Subex Azure to change its name
The members of Subex Azure have decided to change the name of the company from SUBEX AZURE to SUBEX.

Further, the members have decided to increase the borrowing powers of the board of directors from the present limit of Rs 1000 crore up to a maximum limit of Rs 1200 crore.

This was decided at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 26 Novemer 2007.
