The committee of Deccan Aviation has allotted 73710 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees against exercise of equivalent stock options under ESOP - 2005.Out of the said allotment, Col. Jayanth K Poovaiah executive director has been allotted 55385 equity shares Rs 10 each against the exercise of equivalent options.
These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 14 November 2007.
