KEC Infrastructures allots equity shares
The board of KEC Infrastructures has allotted 65,72,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 26.43 per share including premium of Rs 16.43 per share to the warrant holders holding 65,72,000 warrants.

These shares were allloted at the board meeting held on 22 October 2007.
