Rain Calcining to amalgamate with Rain Commodities
The board of Rain Calcining has taken record the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh approving the scheme of arrangement consisting of transfer of cement business from Rain Industries to Rain Commodities with effect from 01 July 2006.

The board has taken record for amalgamation of the company with Rain Commodities with effect from 01 April 2007.

The board has taken record for the transfer of Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) and Power Business from Rain Commodities to Rain Industries with effect from 01 April 2007.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 22 November 2007.
