Air India seeks $459 mln govt aid -chairman

NEW DELHI, Aug 21 (Reuters) - State-run carrier Air India [AI.UL] is seeking more than 20 billion rupees ($459 million) of aid from the government to help it purchase aircraft, its chairman said on Thursday.
