Action Construction Equipment's Cyprus arm acquires stake in Romanian company
Action Construction Equipment has announced that the company's Cyprus arm (WOS) FRESTED has acquired further stake in Romanian company viz. SC FORMA SA-Romania by way of public offer. The company has acquired an additional number of shares to the tune of 1,44,781. Now the total holding of the company comes to 9,27,165 i.e. 89.5%.

Further, the company has been awarded as the fastest growing construction equipment company among all the other construction equipment companies in India and in the same regard recently the company won another award on 30 October 2007 at a ceremony in Mumbai. This award has been awarded to the company for the second year consequently by NICMAR, which is a premium construction management association in the country.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 19 November 2007.
