ICRA unit buys software services firm

MUMBAI, June 19 (Reuters) - Credit ratings firm ICRA Ltd <ICRA.BO> said on Thursday it has bought 100 percent stake in software services firm, Axiom Technologies Pvt Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition was made through ICRA Techno Analytics Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, it said in a statement.
