Koffee Break Pictures converts warrants into equity shares
The committee of Koffee Break Pictures has converted 1,75,000 warrants into 1,75,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 21 including premium of Rs 11 per share at cash to Nalini N Gada (1,25,000 shares) and Dipesh Jain (50,000 shares).

This was decided at the committee meeting held on 27 August 2008.
