SINGAPORE, July 21 (Reuters) - Sembcorp Marine <SCMN.SI> may
be in focus on Monday after it announced its unit PPL Shipyard
has won a contract to build a $220 million jack-up rig for the
Egyptian Drilling Company.
U.S. stock market investors will scrutinize a raft of
regional bank earnings this week for more write-offs that could
send the market tumbling.
The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq snapped a six-week losing streak
on Friday with stronger-than-expected results from financials
such as Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo.
