AXIS Bank allots equity shares
The committee of AXIS Bank has made the allotment of 3,48,976 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees of the bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the bank will accordingly get increased to Rs 35,68,59,5370 from 35,65,10,5610.

These shares were allotted by the committee on 13 October 2007.
