Logix Microsystems to issue equity shares
The board of Logix Microsystems has decided to make preferential issue of 1,25,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each as stock swap to the holder of AOA Izmo LLC at a price of Rs 320 including premium of Rs 310 per share.

The board has approved the reduction of share capital by 2,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each due to technical reasons, subject to procedural aspects.

The board has accepted the resignation of Lakshmi Kuchimanchi as nominee director of IDBI Bank with effect from 01 September 2008.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 05 September 2008.
