Oman lifts ban on Indian poultry
Oman has lifted the import ban on Indian poultry and poultry products after the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) delaring India free from bird flu. Oman's decision to lift the ban follows a statement from the OIE that India is free from bird flu. OIE declared India free from bird flu following government efforts to stamp out the last outbreak in July 2007 in a poultry farm in a north-eastern Indian village.Powered byCapital Market - Live News
