Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics net profit declines 80.23% in the September 2007 quarter

Net profit of Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics declined 80.23% to Rs 0.34 crore in the quarter ended September 2007 as against Rs 1.72 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2006. Sales declined 5.93% to Rs 18.09 crore in the quarter ended September 2007 as against Rs 19.23 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2006.

For the full year, net profit reported at Rs 3.78 crore in the year endedSeptember 2007. Sales reported at Rs 53.90 crore in the year ended September 2007. The company has changed its year-end from December to September. Hence, the value of full year is for a period of 9 months.
