Bartronics India to allot equity shares
The board of Bartronics India has approved the resolution for issue and allotment of 14,98,280 equity shares for conversion of FCCBs into equity shares of the company to Goldman Sachs International (2,99,656 shares), Goldman Sachs International (5,99,312 shares), Credit Suisse (Singapore) (2,99,656 shares) and Bear Stearns Securities Corp (2,99,656 shares).

These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 17 October 2007.
