Net profit of Niyati Industries declined 97.96% to Rs 0.01 crore in thequarter ended September 2007 as against Rs 0.49 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2006. Sales declined 60.00% to Rs 0.94 crore in the quarter ended September 2007 as against Rs 2.35 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2006.
