Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals appoints statutory auditors
The Comptroller & Auditor General of India has appointed S C Bapna & Associates, chartered accountants, Vadodara as statutory auditors of Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals in place of G K Choksi & Co, chartered accountants, Ahmedabad as statutory auditors of the company for the financial year 2007-08.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 26 December 2007.
