Cambridge Technology Enterprises to acquire Q-Soft Systems & Solutions
The board of Cambridge Technology Enterprises has approved conditionally, the acquisition of Q-Soft Systems & Solutions, a managed services company in Bangalore.

The said acquisition is subject to completion of all the necessary documentation, the approval of shareholders and regulatory clearances from regulatory bodies as applicable, and would be effective from 01 October 2007.

This was approved at the board meeting held on 28 December 2007.
