GEI Industrial Systems allots equity shares
The committee of GEI Industrial Systems has allotted 141000 equity shares of the company to the promoters, directors, their relatives and other prospective investors on account of conversion of 141000 warrants out of 721000 warrants allotted.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 27 December 2007.
