Shyam Star Gems appoints directors
There has been a change in directorship of Shyam Star Gems with effect from 20 December 2007, by way of appointment of Devang Jayantilal Bhansali & Sanjay Jayantilal Bhanasali, whose name will be included in the promoter group of the company with that effect.

Further, Mohanbhai N Patel & Ramesh M Patel, have resigned from directorship of the company with effect from 20 December 2007.
