Bodal Chemicals creditors to approve scheme of arrangement
Bodal Chemicals has announced that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, separate meeting of the secured creditors & unsecured creditors of the company will be held on 26 December 2007 for the purpose of considering the scheme of amalgamation of Milestone Organic with the company, proposed by the company with its shareholders and creditors.

The company made this announcement after the trading hours on Friday, 07 December 2007.
