Logix Microsystems to issue warrants
The board of Logix Microsystems has decided to acquire majority interest in overseas company Add-on-Auto LLC, USA.

The board has decided to issue warrants on preferential basis to promoters and strategic investors and to issue shares under ESOP.

Further, the board has decided to convene extra-ordinary general meeting on 05 January 2008.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 03 December 2007.
