Maars Software International enters into joint venture
The board of Maars Software International has approved to enter into joint venture for infrastructure development across India for developing residential and commercial complex estimated project cost of the same is about Rs 2000 crore.

The board has approved the proposal related to setting up of subsidiary company in the name and style of MAARS International to foray into media, entertainment and film distribution business with total project outlay of approximately upto Rs 100 crore.

This was approved at the board meeting held on 19 December 2007.
