Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares
Housing Development Finance Corporation has alotted 10,56,165 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to the notices received for conversion of 338 FCCBs of the face value of US $100000 each.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 280,72,99,230 consisting of 28,07,29,923 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

These shares were allotted by the company on 17 December 2007.
