Zicom Electronic Security Systems to issue warrants
The board of Zicom Electronic Security Systems has approved to issue on preferential basis 15,75,000 warrants to the various body corporate / individuals other then promoters' / promoters' group.

Further, the board has decided to convene extra-ordinary general meeting on 17 January 2008.

This was approved at the board meeting held on 20 December 2007.
