Bodal Chemicals' equity & preference shareholders to approve scheme of arrangement
Bodal Chemicals has announced that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, separate meeting of the equity shareholders & preference shareholders of the company will be held on 26 December 2007 for the purpose of considering the scheme of arrangement in the nature of amalgamation of Milestone Organic with the company.
