MUMBAI, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Short-term borrowings by the
Indian federal government from the central bank were nil as on
Nov. 2, the central bank said in its weekly statistical
supplement on Friday.
The loans outstanding a week earlier was nil.
State governments had borrowed a total of 11.99 billion
rupees from the central bank, as on Nov. 2. The loans
outstanding a week earlier was 3.43 billion rupees.
