ABN Amro Mutual Fund has reduced the minimum subscription amount under the switch-in-option in its open-ended ABN Amro Cash Fund-regular plan effective 9 October 2007. Investors can switch from any of the fund houses scheme into the regular plan of the liquid scheme by paying Rs 5000 instead of Rs 100000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter. The scheme invests at least 70% of its corpus in money market instruments with an average maturity below 183 days. It also has provision to deploy upto 30% in debt securities maturing over 182 days.
