Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels to allot convertible warrants
The board of Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels has approved to allot 75,63,600 convertible warrants to promoters and strategic investors at the rate of Rs 82.

The board has decided to increase the authorised capital of the company to Rs 50 crore.

Further, the board has decided to increase the limit of investment by FIIs to 49%.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 30 November 2007.
