March 12 (Reuters) - Autobytel Inc <ABTL.O> said it
postponed the release of its fourth quarter results as it is
evaluating its accounting and disclosure with respect to a
patent litigation settlement with Dealix Corp.
Autobytel expects to resolve these matters and file its
annual results by the March 17 deadline, the online marketing
services company said.
