HDFC allots equity shares
Housing Development Finance Corporation has allotted 1,57,036 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOS.

Post the said allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs 283,89,43,180 consisting of 28,38,94,318 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

These shares were alloted by the corporation on 13 March 2008.
