Canara Robeco MF files an offer document with Sebi
Name of Fund: Canara Robeco Financial Opportunities, Retail Consumption & Entertainment Fund (F.O.R.C.E Fund)

Scheme: It is open-ended equity scheme.

Objective: The objective of the scheme is to provide long-term capital appreciation by primarily investing in equity and equity related securities of companies in the Finance, Retail & Entertainment sector.

Investment Options: The investors will have the choice of two plans i.e. retail and institutional. Each plan will have two options viz. dividend and growth option. Dividend option will further offer dividend payout and reinvestment facility.

Asset Allocation: The scheme will invest 65-100% in equity and equity related instruments of companies in the finance, Retail and entertainment sector including derivatives of such companies. Exposure by the scheme in derivative instruments for the purpose of hedging and portfolio rebalancing shall not exceed 30% of the net assets of scheme.

It may invest up to 35% in other equity and equity related instruments including derivatives of such companies. Investment by the scheme in ADRs/GDRs shall not exceed 10% of the net assets of the scheme as on the date of such investments.

The fund will have exposure of 0-35% in domestic debt and money market instruments. The scheme may invest in foreign securities up to 10% of the net assets of the scheme.

Face Value: Rs 10

Entry load:

Under retail plan: The scheme charges 2.25% as an entry load for investments less than Rs 5 crore. For investments of Rs 5 crore and above, the fund may not ask for an entry load.

Under institutional plan: The scheme may not charge an entry load for investment under this plan.

Exit load:

Under retail plan: There will be an exit load of 1% if the investments less than Rs 5 crore and redeemed within 12 months from the date of allotment. It will not levy any exit load for investment amount equal to and greater than Rs 5 crore.

Under institutional plan: The scheme will not charge an exit load under this plan.

Minimum Application Amount: The minimum application amount under retail plan will be Rs.5,000 and in multiples of Re.1 thereafter, while the minimum application amount under institutional plan will Rs 5 crore and in multiple of Re 1 thereafter.

Minimum target amount: Rs. 10 crore.

Benchmark: BSE 100.
