Sita Shree IPO subscribed 2.4 times

MUMBAI, March 14 (Reuters) - Wheat and pulses maker Sita Shree Food Products Ltd said on Friday its initial public offer was subscribed 2.4 times.

The company, which supplies to retailers such as Pantaloon Retail <PART.BO> and Reliance Retail, had offerred shares priced in the band of 27-30 rupees each aiming to raise 315 million rupees.
