Scheme: An open-ended equity growth scheme.

Objective: The investment objective of the fund is to generate long-term capital appreciation from a portfolio of equity and equity related securities of companies having a small to medium capitalisation.

Asset Allocation: The fund would invest 65% - 100 % in equity and equity related instruments of small and mid cap companies. The fund would invest 0 - 35% in equity and equity related instruments of companies other than small and mid cap companies. Maximum exposure to derivatives shall not exceed 50% of the net assets of the scheme.

The scheme will invest 0-35% in debt securities, money market instruments and money market mutual funds.

Face Value: Rs 10.

Investment Options: The scheme offers growth option and dividend option. The dividend option offers dividend payout and dividend re-investment facilities.

Entry Load: The scheme will charge 2.50% entry load for investment less than Rs 5 crore and no entry load will be charged for investment of Rs 5 crore and more.

Exit Load: The scheme charges an exit load of 1% will be levied if units are redeemed within 6 months of allotment. There will be 0.50% exit load if units are redeemed within 1 year of allotment.

Minimum Investment Amount: the minimum investment amount is Rs. 5000 and in multiples of Re.1 thereafter.
