Satyam Computer Services allots equity shares
The compensation committee of Satyam Computer Services allotted 58,684 equity shares through circular resolution on 26 December 2007, approved on 27 December 2007 under stock option plans of the company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from Rs 1,338,945,072 to Rs 1,339,062,440.
