Crazy Infotech's director resigns
The board of Crazy Infotech has accepted the resignation of Vinod Kumar Shadija as whole time director and Ravi Kumar Shadija as whole time director & compliance officer.

G C Shadija request to step down from the present CMD post. He will continue as ordinary director of the company.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 04 December 2007.
