The board of Tyche Peripheral Systems has allotted 3,10,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis.

Further, the board has appointed Rajiv Maheshwari as an additional director on the board of the company.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 18 December 2007.
