Zicom Electronic Security Systems to issue share warrants
The members of Zicom Electronic Security Systems have approved to issue 21,00,000 warrants on preferential / private placement basis to Baronet Properties & Investments (10,50,000 warrants) and Coronet Froperties & Investments (10,50,000 warrants). Each warrant shall carry an option / entitlement to subscribe to one equity share of the company of Rs 10 each on a future date.

This was approved at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 20 December 2007.
