National Mineral Development Corporation to issue bonus shares
The board of National Mineral Development Corporation has approved the issue of bonus shares in the in the ratio of two shares for every one share held in the company.

The board approved the splitting of shares of Rs 10 each into 10 shares of Re 1 each.

The board also approved the enhancement of the paid-up equity capital of NMDC from Rs 150 crore to Rs 400 crore.

These were approved at the board meeting held on 27 December 2007.
