Adarsh Derivatives to issue equity shares
The board of Adarsh Derivatives has approved of issuance of equity shares on right basis in the ratio of two equity shares for every one share held (i.e. 2:1) on the record date to be finalize later.

This was approved at the board meeting held on 19 January 2008.
