Zigma Software to issue & allot equity shares
The members of Zigma Software has decided to create, issue and allot, in one or more tranches, and upon such terms and conditions as may be deemed appropriate by the board by way of preferential allotment up to 23341200 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company for cash at a price of Rs 3 per equity share.

This was decided at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 08 December 2007.
