Gujarat NRE Coke allots equity shares
The committee of Gujarat NRE Coke has issued and allotted 27,28,350 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 38.04 per share and 46,44,640 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 52.50 per share respectively pursuant to conversion notices received from the holders of FCCBs.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 18 January 2008.
