Moving Picture Company India to issue shares / warrants
The members of Moving Picture Company has approved to issue 1,00,000 equity shares and 29,00,000 warrants.

Further, the members have appointed Sanchaita Gajapati Raju as whole time director of the company.

This was approved at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 26 November 2007.
